How does pay-per-minute pricing work?

Buy a tier of minutes (eg. 7 min for ₹99). Each lawyer call deducts seconds in real-time at the rate of that tier. Unused minutes never expire — they stay in your wallet.

Can I get a refund if I don't use my talktime?

Yes — full refund within 48 hours of purchase, no questions. After 48 hours, talktime stays usable indefinitely (no expiry). Failed calls auto-credit instantly.

What payment methods are accepted?

UPI (PhonePe / GPay / Paytm), all major credit/debit cards (Visa / Mastercard / Rupay / Amex), net banking (50+ banks) and popular wallets — all via Razorpay's PCI-DSS / 256-bit-encrypted gateway.

Are calls charged if the lawyer doesn't pick up?

No. You are billed only for connected, successful calls. If a call drops within 10 seconds it auto-credits back. If a lawyer is unavailable, we route you to the next-matching expert in your chosen language and specialty.

Is a monthly package better than pay-per-minute?

If you expect 3+ hours of legal counsel per month (eg. an ongoing case, an entrepreneur, an estate matter), the monthly packages work out cheaper and include a Relationship Manager. Otherwise pay-per-minute is the most flexible.
