Are these real, qualified lawyers?
Yes — every lawyer on Legal7 is verified against the Bar Council of India database. Each profile displays the Bar Council registration number which you can independently verify on barcouncilofindia.org. We don't onboard lawyers without active enrollment.
How does the pay-per-minute model work?
You buy a talktime package (₹99 for 7 min, ₹599 for 15 min, ₹999 for 30 min, ₹1799 for 60 min). When you start a call, minutes are deducted only for the actual conversation time. Unused minutes never expire. Connecting time is free.
What if I run out of minutes mid-call?
You'll get a 60-second warning before your balance runs out. You can recharge instantly via our mobile-friendly checkout to continue, or schedule a follow-up call at no extra connect fee.
Is my conversation confidential?
Absolutely. Attorney-client privilege applies to every call. We use end-to-end encrypted calling infrastructure (Exotel cloud telephony). Calls are NOT recorded by default. If you opt-in for a recording, it's stored encrypted in your private vault.
Can I meet the lawyer in person?
