Yes — every lawyer on Legal7 is registered with Bar Council. Legal7 verifies active enrollment before onboarding and shares profile-level verification details where applicable.

You buy a talktime package (₹99 for 7 min, ₹599 for 15 min, ₹999 for 30 min, ₹1799 for 60 min). When you start a call, minutes are deducted only for the actual conversation time. Unused minutes never expire. Connecting time is free.

You'll get a 60-second warning before your balance runs out. You can recharge instantly via our mobile-friendly checkout to continue, or schedule a follow-up call at no extra connect fee.

Absolutely. Attorney-client privilege applies to every call. We use end-to-end encrypted calling infrastructure (Exotel cloud telephony). Calls are NOT recorded by default. If you opt-in for a recording, it's stored encrypted in your private vault.

Legal7 is a consultation platform — we connect you with our team lawyers for advice, document drafting, and roadmap planning. For in-person court representation, we'll refer you to a partner lawyer in your city; in-person hourly fees are billed separately.

Apply at our Lawyer Application page. Requirements: Active Bar Council enrollment, minimum 2 years of practice, valid PAN + Aadhaar + bank details. Our team reviews applications within 5 business days. Approved lawyers can earn ₹50K–₹2L/month working from home.
